About Lisa Hunt

As Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at Familia Kitchen, I’m passionate about building a trusted digital space where the U.S. Latino community can celebrate, preserve, and share their home-cooked culinary traditions. I bring over 20 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand development, and revenue growth to my role—driving audience engagement, forging strategic partnerships, and scaling our platform's impact. Before launching Familia Kitchen, I served as National Sales Director for Kraft Heinz’s My Food & Family, leading cross-functional marketing efforts and national sales strategy. I was also part of the launch team at O, The Oprah Magazine and have consulted as a freelance Account Director for top media brands, collaborating with agencies and clients across diverse industries and platforms. My career is rooted in delivering measurable results, growing brands, and building lasting relationships based on trust, service, and shared vision. I hold a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
