Hey, I'm Lisa! I have an extensive background in PMO and Business Analysis totalling more than 15 years across Financial Services, Defence and Telecommunications. I'm vastly experienced at complete project lifecycle management, application delivery and change programmes utilising capability within Agile and Waterfall to optimise the delivery of projects. A few areas of expertise I possess are business process management, capturing requirements, and executing workshops to engage with stakeholders and end-users. I hold a detailed eye for analysing “as is” processes and defining “to be” by compiling detailed user stories and performing UAT and live testing. I have meticulous attention to detail and am also proficient at identifying, sifting and analysing relevant data sets and then leveraging them to drive improvement throughout all systems affecting operations. I also have a finance background and am proficient in bookkeeping, ledger reconciliations and production of management accounts. I love building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and would describe myself as an assured and articulate communicator who combines a pragmatic approach and sound business-commercial acumen.
