About Lisa Jonas

I am a Senior Manager with 6+ years of experience consulting with Protiviti, focused on enabling innovation to improve operational processes and execute on firm strategy. I am a champion of finding efficiencies, encouraging new ideas, and focusing on user experience with our clients and for our firm through the firm's Innovation Program. I am passionate leveraging Human-Centered Design to ideate, design, prototype, test, and iterate on challenges with creative solutions. Notable accomplishments of this include designing and rolling out a data-driven application focused on human connection in my firm, overseeing our company's Innovation program and employee experiences with Innovation, and managing the design and rollout of a new process within our internal applications. Through my MBA coursework, I focused on Strategy, Corporate Innovation, and Social Impact and developed my skills as an empathetic leader. I focus on enabling experiences for others, critically assessing the role that business and technology can play in impacting society and strategy development for the future.
