About Lisa Kasper

I am a customer-focused, strategic problem solver with leadership experience in driving industry-changing 500 staff month projects and tactical 20 staff month deployments. Through technical leadership, I create an environment where all team members are invested in the same goal, challenged to grow our skills, and collaborative in our execution. I perform architecture, development and test roles to consistently produce a market ready delivery which exceeds expectations, including that for a critical nationwide public safety LTE customer. I am accomplished at the complex analysis and customer interaction needed to create a sound system architecture which fulfills a customer need, and experienced with requirements decomposition in to a functional, flexible design. I enjoy embedding within a development team to code and test the result to realize the final solution. I relish in exploring logs and network captures in search of a message or field causing a failure, identifying possible solutions and implementing the best resolution.Select skills:•Control Plane•Media Plane•SIP•RTP / RTCP / SRTP•C++/ C•Python•3GPP / OMA / RFC / APCO Standards•Interface Definition and Implementation•Interoperability•Protocol Analysis (Wireshark)
