About Lisa Larson

My career and passion is to advance the assistant profession and be a best-in-class business partner assistant to top executives. My strong work ethic came from growing up on our family farm. I have many experiences while growing up about the value of helping others, solving problems and working together as a team. My aunt was my role model. She worked in the office at a local newspaper in the “big city” and I used my mom’s typewriter to pretend I also had an office job like her. That began my journey of providing exceptional support as an assistant. In simple terms, I am a problem solver, big picture thinker, change agent, and a lifelong learner. My previous work experience has allowed me to hone my skills and stay relevant in an ever-changing business environment. I specialize in evaluating a situation and creating a process to streamline how work is being done. These skills have saved time and money. I love to help other assistants learn and develop. As co-founder and co-chair of the 3M Global Assistant Partnership Forum, I firmly believe sharing information and working together as a team is critical and an unseen impact to any company’s success.
