As Co-Founder of Starling Skincare, LLC, I lead the development of a unique, digitally native brand committed to clean and allergen-free skincare for ultra-sensitive skin. This mission is deeply personal; having navigated sensitive skin and allergies my entire life, I'm passionate about creating accessible, problem-solving solutions that truly beautify lives. Starling Skincare stands apart by not only excluding common toxins but also eliminating the top-eight allergens – a differentiator that truly serves our community. Each product in our line is created with minimal, yet highly efficacious, plant-based ingredients. We've translated our sensitive skin mission into highly effective solutions, including our acclaimed sensitive (baking soda-free) deodorants and our Revive Restorative Serum. These, and all our products, are expertly crafted to facilitate skin repair and resilience, driven by our profound understanding of sensitive skincare needs. I've also recently launched a hands-on skincare consulting arm of Starling Skincare. Through one-on-one virtual sessions, I provide in-depth analysis and personalized guidance to help individuals heal sensitized skin conditions like eczema, acne, and allergies. This initiative directly reflects our core goal: empowering people with sensitive skin to feel better and healthier. Prior to Starling, I honed my expertise in high-level merchandising, design, and product development roles with notable brands such as Vince Camuto, Sole Society, Victoria's Secret, and Nine West. My background is marked by a strong ability to build successful brand and product line concepts from the ground up, driven by problem-solving capabilities, an impeccable eye for detail, and astute creativity. Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply committed to causes supporting children, animals, and health initiatives. My personal interests include home design, art, music, and horticulture. I live in Connecticut with my husband, Tim, and our four lovely four-legged friends.
