I have spent many years working my way up in my career field. Through this I have discovered the power in positive meaningful interaction with others. I truly believe that it starts with the thought 'How can I effectively communicate and stimulate growth towards a common end goal?'. I am passionate about a role where I can collaborate with others and work alongside fellow colleagues that are passionate about growth. I have extensive experience both in developing analytic KPIs and forming functional best practices at industry leaders. Additionally, I have spent many years developing strong skills in ERP platforms, people management, problem solving, multitasking, leadership, and miracle working. I have had the opportunity to work over seas, start the recruitment and training process for thousands of new associates, help shape company-wide policies, and develop myself both personally and professionally, yet I still have the desire to do better and be better every day.
