I have all the things to keep the weight on - had twins at 40, thyroid disease, chronic stress from raising a severely disabled child, and throw in menopause, yet I have maintained my weight and level of activity with ease because what I do WORKS. I have helped many moms not just lose weight, but gain strength, gain confidence, improve their energy levels and find freedom with their eating. I've also helped many moms find their passion like I did and build their own business from home, while staying present with their babies.
