Experienced and thrived in developing and fostering relationships with employers, students and professional organizations. A sense of community is important to my work, and is fostered by continuously building and maintaining positive relationships and enabling a progressive work environment. As a past Human Resources Generalist, I have experience in diverse areas including: networking, full cycle recruitment, talent development, coaching and mentoring, benefits, bench marking, performance management, communications, employee engagement, health & safety including workplace wellness, creating curriculum, creating, delivering/facilitating workshops and, Human Resources programs and initiatives. In my role as a career advisor, I am passionate and motivated about helping young professionals realize their full potential taking what they have learned through their education and life experiences and coach them as they navigate their undergrad studies, and plan their career paths with confidence and success!
