About Lisa Leclair

20+ years of customer service work, and a decade of experience in administrative tasks have taught me a few things. I THRIVE in places that need someone to stay on top of a multitude of tasks, while maintaining an emotionally intelligent demeanor to guests. Is it a fast-paced industry or environment? Even better! To say that I’m organized is both an understatement, and the word most often used to describe me. My passion for order has resulted in effective travel coordination for a 3-10 person camera crew, I was selected to set up management offices for 5 retail stores, and as a teenager in my first job at a library, I initiated a move to color coordinate our movie collection into genres for a more guided patron experience.(Yes, you read that right.I once better organized an actual library.) My resourcefulness means I’m that colleague that can produce things one might need out of thin air. Camera crew member suffering from a sudden allergy attack in a new environment? Here’s a Claritin! DJ about to go on air and forgot their computer charger at home? Here’s my drawer full of charging cables that have been collecting from lost and found! Outside of work (and a global pandemic), I am most passionate about music discovery. I love attending live shows, hunting for new additions to my vinyl collection, and DJing at local bars.
