A strategic thinker with a strong ability to see the bigger picture and ways to navigate issues and challenges.Currently a member of the executive leadership team at Chartered Accountants ANZ, where I enhance and protect both our reputation and the professional standing of our members. I also lead efforts to amplify our advocacy work on behalf of members and the Australian economy. Prior to this, I led a sector-wide communications program to launch Australia’s first real-time payments infrastructure, the New Payments Platform.A formally trained journalist, I began my career hosting and producing television programs for employees at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and later establishing an inhouse press office for the Ulster Bank Group in Dublin, Ireland during its integration with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group.I also founded and ran my own consultancy, delivering communications strategies across sectors and organisations including Microsoft Australia, Qantas, Zurich, TAL, Deloitte Australia, Family and Community Services, Women NSW, and the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.A passionate advocate for fairness and equality, I’ve chaired sector-focused DE & I Councils and written opinion editorials published in national media outlets such as Women’s Agenda, The Guardian Australia, Sydney Morning Herald and news.com.au. I have also been a ghost writer for many Australian business leaders, helping others to find and express their voice.
