As an Ambulatory Call Center at Nebraska Medicine, I provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff, using my Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential and my management and sales skills. I have been working in this role for eight months, and I enjoy being part of a dynamic and collaborative team that strives to improve the quality and accessibility of health care. I have over three years of experience as a photographer, and I am passionate about capturing and sharing the beauty and diversity of life. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and I have worked as a Dietetic Technician at Sodexo for one and a half years, where I learned how to promote healthy eating habits and wellness. I am motivated by my desire to make a positive impact on people's lives and well-being, and I am always eager to learn new skills and challenge myself.
