About Lisa Longley

Stubbornly optimistic about Sustainability! I believe that managing the products we create, how they are packaged and the impact they have on the environment should be key considerations for all of us and I am passionate about pushing forward in this field. I look to implement a core Sustainability Strategy, or feed into an existing one wherever I work. I understand that ESG is a broad ranging topic and affects a company and its stakeholders on a variety of levels, all of which should be pushed to the forefront of the business in order for it to improve. I encourage any company I work for to be doing as much as they can to work towards a circular economy, lower emissions and a brighter future. This is a field that is constantly evolving, and I believe we should all be on board. Aside from Sustainability, I have a strong background in Ethical Compliance and audit analysis. I look to ensure that the supply base of any company I work for meets the needs of not just the products it creates, but it's customers and employees, both here and overseas. I have worked for large Supply companies and a global fashion brand and managed a factory base that reflects this.
