Known for strengths in scientific leadership, project management, collaboration, and integration, Lisa provides:~ Clinical and educational expertise supporting development of emerging therapies, new product indications, treatment patterns, and guidelines in the marketplace. Lisa proactively implements meetings and discussion groups that make a difference. She:~ Collaborated with University of Alberta’s Chief of Cardiology, recommending provincial Critical Care meetings and contributing to the formation of the Chest Pain Program.~ Organized national and international speaker tours with sessions for improved standards of care and acceptance of new therapeutic classes of medication.~ Created the Medical and Scientific Liaison (MSL) national team training programs in osteoporosis and diabetes that were later instituted at the international level.~ Worked with community interest groups; implementing public education forums, increasing awareness, and improving overall disease management.
