About Lisa M. Fuller

I was a proud employee and contracted worker at Lakeland Health for more than 26 years, providing medical nutrition therapy, clinical nutrition management and food management services. Today I am honored to be serving as Marketing Manager for Ronora Lodge and Retreat Center in Watervliet, Michigan. After 12 years as a Lakeland clinical dietitian, I advanced to Lakeland’s Clinical Nutrition Manager with Aramark. From 2003 – 2016 I managed a strong team of clinical dietitians through the evolution and integration of the nutrition care process, order writing, nutrition focused physical assessment and clinical privileges. I provided clinical nutrition quality assessment and competency surveys throughout the United States as an Aramark regional Peer Review Coordinator and Team Leader. In 2016, I undertook the challenge of serving as Aramark Food Service Director at Lakeland. The position ended in Sept 2017 when the system transitioned from contract management to self-operation. Afterward I spent a few months as interim Aramark Food Service Director at Cleveland Clinic’s Fairview Hospital, then provided Aramark management support for Blessing Hospital, Quincy, IL. After a few months of travel for work I decided to look for employment near home. Deej Leggitt approached me about providing marketing services and oversight at Ronora Lodge and Retreat Center, where she is co-owner with her husband Hunter Leggitt and business partner Jim Gehring. Ronora is a hidden gem in Southwest Michigan. The historic cabins and lodges have been lovingly refurbished and the land is held in conservancy, making Ronora one of the most pristine nature parcels in Berrien County. It is an ideal place to gather with friends, family, or co-workers for retreats, reunions, weddings, and workshops.
