I am an experienced Remote Senior Underwriter with over two decades in residential mortgage banking, including seventeen years at JP Morgan Chase & Co. I am primarily motivated by the experiences of my customers and partners, which drives me to excel in every task at hand. My goal is to consistently surpass expectations by becoming an expert in my field. My professional journey has had two very different paths. Upon obtaining my bachelor's degree, I found a new passion in skydiving. To support this exciting pursuit, I entered the field of Mortgage Banking sales, enticed by its potential for quick commissions. Two decades later, I've become an accomplished skydiver known for top-notch event coordination and a small business owner managing these ventures, all while achieving eight world records and competition medals. Simultaneously, I've thrived in my Mortgage Banking career, dedicating seventeen years to JP Morgan Chase & Co as a top-ranked performer. Additionally, I've successfully transitioned to 100% remote work since March 2020. My most valuable personal attributes are my commitment to serving my customers, drive for success, self-motivation, and desire for recognition for a job well done. No matter the job, I have always risen to the top of the rankings and become a mentor to my peers, because that is the core of my work ethic. My strengths encompass effective written and verbal communication, adept multitasking, precise organization, efficient time management, strategic solution-driven, and consultative selling, impactful presentations, thorough risk analysis, trend identification, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and persuasive proposal writing. At this point in my life and career, I'm looking for a position that will allow me to work 100% remotely from any location. As a way to test my resolve, learn new skills, and step out of my Mortgage Banking comfort zone, I've already started freelancing as a Social Media Manager with the EdgE Agency since July 2023 and have been enjoying the challenge immensely.
