About Lisa McCarthy

A highly qualified registered Psychologist with extensive knowledge and accreditation of psychometric assessments, including the OPQ32r and Wave. My specialities include; managing and delivering psychological assessments and reporting for selection and development, delivering feedback and coaching, and advising corporate clients on assessment selection and job competency design. I have a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from UNSW and I’m passionate about applying psychological assessment to improve organisational and individual performance. I thrive on working in fast-paced environments and adopting a human-centered approach when working with organisations to identify and resolve common psychological challenges. My diverse employment background includes experience as an Assessment Manager in a boutique psychological consultancy, Rehabilitation Consultant in occupational health; and as a Human Resources Business Partner in the legal industry in London.
