About Lisa McClendon

I use quality tools daily and I really enjoy using them at work and at home. It simply makes my life easier. Personally, I use them when I attempt to try something new or fix something that is broken around the house. Professionally, I apply the methods while collaborating with engineers and suppliers to continuously improve products and processes. I have also used them in preparation for and during supplier contract negotiations. I also have a passion for learning and using new tools by integrating them with conventional ones to improve and achieve desired results. I am always amazed at how it turns out. I am looking to obtain a leadership position to exercise efficient quality and supplier management skills using critical thinking and problem solving to achieve goals in a manufacturing environment: 1. Identify problems 2. Determine solutions 3. Develop action plans 4. Carry out the action plans 5.
