My Mission: To inspire people to connect better with themselves and others, embrace diverse perspectives, and foster sustainable improvement. My Approach: Sharing concepts on sustainable personal development, and addressing mental health and inclusivity topics.If you want to dig deeper: I’m dedicated to building a safer, mentally more sustainable world to live in because without taking care of ourselves, there is no taking care of this planet (you know, the little things).Growing up, I felt like a misfit as a generalist in a specialized world. I struggled with authenticity and self-confidence most of my life. Through extensive self-reflection, personal development, and incorporating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I discovered the power of vulnerability and resilience.Some experiences I collected as a generalist who doesn't believe in linear CVs:I started working at the age of 16 in retail, providing customer advice in fashion stores. I also worked at a kindergarten, pursued acting and modeling since 2016, and took on various survival jobs, including customer service and creating recipes for Health & Wellness Cafes. I gained extensive experience in gastronomy and even worked as a dance teacher.These varied roles have taught me the importance of high adaptability, empathy, and creativity (although I must admit, I’ve always been creative—looking at my art map from when I was 4 and how I sewed my own prom dress).I’m always looking to develop and utilize my skills.
