About Lisa Morgan
The spectrum of my previous job experiences is very vast. Both sides of my family have been involved with restaurants at various times in my life. I truly believe that this has been a major contributing factor of shaping my personality, as well as, my mode of operation. My first occupation during my young adulthood involved a woman owned construction company that started with car counting and traffic modifying to every aspect of the office to multi-million dollar road construction. I also was a waitress and bartender, during this time period. These work experiences were very influential in shaping the person that I am today. Working with people is truly my strength. This includes my countless hours of volunteering as a Recreational Lacrosse, Basketball and Soccer Coach, Easton Middle School club lacrosse coordinator, Easton High School's Parent-Booster club, Talbot Lacrosse Association Board member, and Operator of the Concession Stand for many years.
