I am a nonprofit executive with more than 25 years of experience advancing arts, education, and community development across Philadelphia.Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Mural Arts Philadelphia, I oversee eight departments spanning HR, finance, and all direct programming divisions, leading a team of 45 full-time nonprofit staff and 10 City of Philadelphia employees. I manage an $17 million annual budget supported by diverse public, private, and philanthropic revenue streams and work closely with our Board of Directors on governance, finance, audit, and executive strategy.My career has been rooted in aligning mission with operational excellence.
