I’m a proud Red River Métis woman who is passionate about community building, wholistic wellness, and culturally grounded systems change. With a background in business and non-profit management, I bring both strategic insight and heart-led leadership to support initiatives that foster connection, healing, and long-term impact. Much of my work has centered on implementing the First Nations Mental Wellness Continuum Framework and collaborating with youth, Elders, and knowledge keepers to co-create programs rooted in Indigenous Culture. I’m committed to creating inclusive spaces that honour the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. With experience in finance, organizational strategy, and grassroots program development, I work at the intersection of traditional knowledge and contemporary practice to support sustainable, community-led solutions.
