As part of SAP’s Industries & Experience organization, I’m a member of the Global Solution Enablement team, supporting customer success roles across SAP’s Finance and Spend solutions facilitating strategic enablement that aligns with SAP’s global priorities and helps drive performance and value for our customers. Implementing effective, integrated learning programs that empower employees to gain and deepen their solution expertise aligned with evolving skills needs, business priorities, and growth plans across board areas and roles.Previously, I spent 5 years as a Customer Success Manager at SAP, working closely with stakeholders in the Resources sector to support digital transformation and long-term business outcomes. Before joining SAP, I led an SAP consulting and support practice and bring over 20 years of experience as an SAP Consultant across Sales and Procurement. My career includes leading ERP implementations and transformation programs across the Mining, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, and Manufacturing industries.I'm passionate about building capability, enabling success, and supporting customers and colleagues in unlocking the full value of SAP solutions.
