About Lisa Nelson

I am a medical herbalist, trainer and coach with a contemporary twist. For the past 20 years I have managed a successful portfolio career enabling people and organisations to achieve their goals. From a background setting up social care agencies in the late 1980’s, I moved into preventative medicine, coaching and higher education. My training as a medical herbalist affords me the privilege of primary clinical diagnosis. I now work with organisations and individuals to achieve optimal wellbeing. I have a particular interest in working with women going through the menopause, the secret saboteur of confidence, productivity and wellbeing. Based on my extensive experience in this area, I design bespoke wellbeing packages to assist women in this phase of their life. I also work with organisations to support team members who may be experiencing menopausal symptoms. I'm sought after for bringing about long term positive change, I work by-Understanding your current position and future goals -Combining coaching and communication techniques with business or health knowledge to deliver bespoke interventions -Inspiring and motivating individuals to support the change process and beyond -Embodying respect, honesty, confidentiality and discretion I believe the ingredients for a successful partnership is a mix of insightful questioning, listening, observation, diverse thinking, appropriate challenging and relevant knowledge transfer underpinned by support and laughter.
