About Lisa Osofsky

As a Partner & Managing Director at AlixPartners, I bring extensive experience in risk advisory, white-collar crime prosecution, and corporate compliance, spanning both public and private sectors in the UK and the US. Before joining AlixPartners, I served as the Director of the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) in the UK, where I led high-profile investigations and prosecutions, achieving landmark convictions and substantial confiscation orders. Prior to that, I co-founded Exiger, where I played a key role in growing the London office and driving revenue growth through global investigations and compliance monitorships. My career also includes significant roles at the FBI, the US Department of Justice, Goldman Sachs International, and Control Risks Group. I served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Chicago, prosecuting primarily white-collar crime and trying 22 cases. This followed my clerkship for the Chief Judge of the Northern District of Illinois, James B. Moran. I hold a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, am a member of the Maryland Bar, and a Barrister. Throughout my career, I’ve aimed to provide invaluable counsel to businesses and individuals navigating complex criminal and regulatory matters.
