Includes arranging domestic and international travel; meeting and conference organization and coordination; scheduling, reconciliation and submission of expense reports; producing travel estimates for scientific proposals; coordination of internal office moves. Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions. Has advanced knowledge of Microsoft and Google office suites. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
