About Lisa Payne

My career in Financial Services began 15 years ago in London. My first step was a junior mortgage admin role which involved supporting a small team of brokers for an independent boutique IFA in Mayfair. After less than a year in the role I decided I wanted to move up the ladder and I successfully qualified to become a mortgage consultant after gaining my qualifications in mortgage advice. I relocated to West Sussex in 2010 and that went hand in hand with a move to a new senior consultant role at the country’s largest niche mortgage brokers for professional contractors and freelancers. My knowledge, expertise and passion continued to grow and in 2012 I was awarded the Sesame Bankhall ‘Young Adviser of the Year’ for my outstanding commitment to my clients. After 10 successful years in the role and a very busy home life which included three house moves, two Jack Russell’s, one wedding, two small children and top to bottom house renovation I decided it was time to go and start my next chapter. I founded Primo Mortgage Services in the spring of this year. Primo’s foundations are built on my extensive mortgage knowledge and expertise, my vision and passion for first class financial advice and creating that exceptional client journey.
