About Lisa Peiser

At my core, I’m passionate about growth opportunities, the adventure and excitement of what lies ahead, and possibilities to do more for my team and our business. My Midwest values — authenticity, care for others and strong work ethic — shine through in my leadership role. Through several life-changing experiences, I have developed a unique ability to remain calm and navigate the complexities of a constantly changing environment. My deep experience in healthcare stems from a variety of roles within hospital systems, large payor, medical devices and pharmaceuticals. These roles combine my passion for leading a business and contributing to the greater good, keeping the patient as the North Star in all my efforts. As Vice President, AbbVie Patient Services, I lead our U.S. organization focused on supporting patients during their prescribed treatment journeys. I joined AbbVie in 2013, before which I held roles in marketing, project management and hospital administration at Abbott, Premera Blue Cross and Adventist Health. I have a degree in Biology from the University of St. Thomas, MHA from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health and MBA from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. I am also a proud wife and mother of four. I continue to strive to balance giving my all to my job, my husband and children.
