I specialize in training and coaching behaviours to attain desired results. I strongly believe that providing knowledge empowers people to achieve more. I thrive on working side by side with teams to share my knowledge and passion to dissect information to look for opportunities. My strengths are my desire to succeed in everything I do, my attention to detail, my exceptional organizational skills and the ability stay calm and focused in any situation. I thrive in a fast paced environment and have strong skills to assess each day and change the plan as needed. I strongly believe that customer service is at the core of everything we do. Anything we do in business must be done through the lens of a customer. Sadly, in our world of internet, phones and online everything we have forgot how to interact and treat our most important asset- our customer. My goal is always to teach what I know resonates with the customer and earns their business and loyalty. I am currently working towards my CPHR designation with a 4.0 GPA and an expected graduation year of 2025. My goal is to marry my practiced skills with my learned skills to transition into Human Resource Management.
