Bachelor of Arts (Major: Sociology and Public Administration) with 20 years experience in office management and administration at a senior executive level. Customer services focused with the ability to manage complex situations and handle administrative functions independently with good judgement, discretion, diplomacy and professionalism. Responsible for office administration ensuring information and activities are well organised, efficient and effective. Duties include; prioritizing, scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, travel arrangements and meeting deadlines. Provide excellent customer service to inquiries from clients and staff. Maintain confidential personnel files, follow checklists for hiring and termination of staff and recording PeopleSoft HRMS staff data. I am currently doing an advanced Meditation Teacher accreditation course with HOAME Meditation Centre (Toronto) as a further certification to provide staff free Mindfulness/Meditation virtual Microsoft Teams daily lunch time sessions. I have also received certification in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction from the Centre for Mindfulness Studies, Toronto and a proud recipient of 2016 TWBA Awards providing Mindfulness sessions in the Workplace (free DAILY Monday to Friday lunch-time meditation sessions) since 2012.
