About Lisa Plair

Through my studies, I have been privileged to collaborate with people of different backgrounds. This experience has contributed immensely to my professional and personal growth. My critical thinking skills were engaged. My passion for advocacy was fueled, to advocate for those who cannot speak for themselves. This passion for advocacy was ignited as President of the Associated Student Government while a student at Clover Park Technical College. My goal as president was to raise awareness to the barriers faced by students pursuing an education. Their desire to pursue an education that would in turn, transform their life is more often then not, wrought with obstacles beyond their control. Providing students with bus passes, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich were some of the small things implemented to help students fulfill their educational goals.
