As the Real Estate Closing Manager at Primrose Schools, I oversee the commercial real estate purchase contracts and leases for the leading provider of high-quality early education and care. I have more than 19 years of experience in managing land and construction loan closings, contract management, due diligence, and forecasting for franchise owners across the country. I have developed expertise in SBA loan closings, working with multiple local and national lenders, title companies, and attorneys to ensure accurate and timely closings. I also manage a cloud-based project and document management system that streamlines the closing process and enhances communication and collaboration. Additionally, I handle departmental accounting, internal approval requests, and executive reports. My mission is to support the growth and success of Primrose Schools and its franchisees by providing efficient and effective financing solutions.
