With over 16 years of experience in human resources, I am a seasoned and versatile professional who can handle various aspects of leaves management, training and development, performance management, coaching and facilitation. I have a strong background in HR compliance, labor and employment law, and problem solving, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges. Most recently, I worked as an Absence Management Analyst at Kaiser Permanente, where I managed the regional absence program for over employees, advised management and employees on company policies and practices, developed and delivered training on current and changing employment laws and regulations, and coordinated and strategized with managers on accommodations and return-to-work. I also championed and implemented cost-saving initiatives and process improvements, and audited and evaluated the program-related work of approximately 25 Support Representatives.
