About Lisa Ringdahl

As an Operations Manager at Flying Horse Foundation, I oversee the strategic planning, HR/personnel, and administration functions of a nonprofit organization that provides equine-assisted therapy and education to children and adults. I have been in this role for over two years, and I have successfully guided decisions regarding policies, procedures, staff reorganization, hiring, and future planning, as well as facilitated payroll, team building, and reporting to the Board of Directors. I have a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago, and I have developed strong skills in cashiering, interpersonal communication, engaging people, and learning and implementing systems and platforms. I am passionate about personal development and growth, health and wellness, clothing/fashion, mixology, learning about people's stories, and travel. I am looking to transition into a more people-oriented role that allows me to leverage my expertise in administration and logistics, as well as my detail-oriented, efficient, effective, intuitive, and personable personality.
