I am currently leading a team of 50 talented, service-oriented individuals who share a vision of providing reliable and expedient IT management to our customers. My objective is to provide vision, leadership and management to Verticomm, the managed services division of All Copy Products. I am responsible for the development and implementation of our division strategy in the context of an actionable roadmap for service delivery for all product offerings. We are currently delivering managed IT services to on-premise networks, private cloud infrastructure, premise telephony systems and a VOIP telephony solution.
