About Lisa Rothstein

After starting out as a NYC street performer, I became an award-winning copywriter & associate creative director on Madison Avenue & in Paris for advertising agencies Y&R, Ogilvy and Lowe, on brands such as IBM, Hanes and Dr Pepper. I was copywriter/ACD on the "Wait'll We Get our Hanes On You" campaign and participated in many successful new business pitches, notably IBM. Ⓛ I now consult on marketing strategy and brand story to midsize & large companies, with a focus on B2B tech (especially cybersecurity) and CPG. My background as an award-winning copywriter & creative exec in advertising on two continents has been invaluable in pitching scripts to Hollywood and as a freelance creative consultant & marketing strategist worldwide. I help my clients clarify their strategy and nail their brand message. I now offer graphic facilitation + ideation, great tools for brand storytelling, employee engagement & copy development. My screenplay "Brit or Miss" won the Comedy Category in Screenwriting Expo, Top 12 Finalist in the Slamdance Screenwriting Competition, semifinalist in the Austin Film Festival and Chesterfield competitions. I've written five screenplays so far and am represented by a Hollywood manager. Along the way I've also been a painter, published cartoonist, a performer at Disneyland Paris, a corporate trainer in France, and employed my talents as a copywriter and artist in US public education.
