About Lisa Rox

I am an enthusiast generalist, eager to learn, open-minded to change and I like to perform in dynamic and especially in industrial environments. My professional experience started with Quality Management, where I developed my project and business process management skills. Furthermore, I gained competences as facilitator and Scrum Master. Currently, I am working as Product Manager: I drive a competitive product portfolio of safety and opening sensors for automatic doors. In this role, I am responsible for identifying and prioritizing customer needs, defining product requirements aligned with those needs, and improving existing products or developing new ones that meet customer expectations. What I enjoy most about this job is its multidisciplinary nature - being at the intersection of commercial and technical activities - within a work environment driven by innovation.Supported by my education in general management, I am able to understand complex situations and to drive things forward by keeping a good overview. Furthermore, I speak four languages fluently that I like to practice.
