I love to leverage data to solve people related business challenges and use it to tell stories that motivate executives, leaders and others to make a difference in the way they lead, make decisions and enact change. I have enjoyed many internal roles with primarily large fortune 500 companies throughout my career as an I-O psychologist. The practices are largely the same, but how successful you are in implementing and changing behavior depend on the industry and culture of the organization. I have also had the privilege of serving as Adjunct Professor at my Alma Matter and teaching post-graduate students the world of consulting.Through my career, I've learned that I-Can effectively lead large-scale employee programs, from inception of the idea to implementation and sustaining the practice -Have acquired enough experience and knowledge to serve as a critical resource on many projects in and outside of HR and I am a strong collaborator across functions. I have an ability to discover and attract diverse talent to project teams, always resulting in better quality deliverables -Model and take a people-first approach. I also have a strong customer orientation, winning accolades from my business partners and always being invited to consult and participate in challenging projects -Am an effective coach/mentor, helping and guiding others to realize their career passions and landing roles aligned with their mission and purpose My experiences have taught me to never lose my why, continue to be a lifelong learner, evolve myself and my brand, never settle for less, seek new experiences, experiment with ideas/practices, and lead with empathy, confidence and humility.
