About Lisa Scott

I have 13 years experience working in Research & Development for one of the largest global FMCG companies, Unilever. I have experience in Personal Care in three product development roles assisting in the design and development of new products for the global male grooming brand Axe, Sure/Rexona and Dove. My role requires delivery of results to meet technical milestones, working with a range of teams - packaging, formulation, and fragrance development. Specific duties include managing, updating and harmonising the global Axe portfolio which is complex due to local regional regulations. Further duties include technical testing and assessment of products, liaising with both internal and external contacts, investigation of raw material functions and their interactions, product improvements and quality issues. I have extensive aerosol expertise of bodyspray and antiperspirants. I completed the R&D foundation course to further my knowledge and build upon my Project management skills. I provide information for claims support and legal documents. My knowledge and expertise are highly valued in risk management workshops and project planning.
