Hi, I’m Lisa, and I believe leadership doesn’t have to come at the cost of authenticity, joy, or your sanity. As a Women’s Leadership Coach, I help new and seasoned leaders build confidence, communicate with impact, and navigate challenges with clarity and purpose. Whether you're stepping into your first leadership role, managing imposter syndrome, or trying to lead without burning out, I provide tactical solutions that help you lead more fully as yourself. I also serve as COO of Here Comes The Guide, where I get to lead alongside an incredible team of women. I thrive on improving systems, finding efficiencies, and scaling sustainably, but my favorite part of the work? Creating a people-first culture where high performance and genuine work-life balance go hand in hand.(We call that core value #9.) At my core, I’m a strategist who sees the big picture, a mentor who asks the right questions, and a people-first leader who believes vulnerability and kindness are strengths, not liabilities. My superpowers are: • Authenticity – I lead the way I live, and I don’t believe in performative anything • Mentorship – I love helping others grow in ways that feel real and sustainable • Strategic Thinking – I bring clarity to complexity and always look for the most human-centered path forward Some of my favorite titles are wife, proud mom of three adult kids (and 2 amazing children-in-law), and newly minted empty nester. When I’m not coaching or leading, you’ll usually find me on the tennis court, painting in my sunroom (my newest hobby), or planning the next bridal/baby shower for friends and family. Saturdays are for the Farmers Market — or watching College Football with a large Diet Coke. Hook Em.
