About Lisa Sinclair

Strengths: Sales Administration and Customer Service, project management, problem solving. I excel with motivating customer service reps towards a common goal of customer service excellence within the directives of the company mission statement. I have been running my own sewing workroom business for 19 years, working with several contract sewers, designers, and installers. I coordinate the design, purchasing or product, production, and final installation. I also work with local manufacturers, stores, and designers to assist customers with other design needs: furniture, art, flooring, lighting, etc. I have many repeat customers when then move to larger or smaller locations. In 2017-2018 (5 months), I assisted a fellow business owner at ICP with the startup production of 3500 specialized flotation jackets for the Department of National Defence. There were over 100 pieces to this jacket requiring a team of 25, to be completed by July 2018. I coordinated with costing, the cutting room, the designer, sewers, quality control, project management to help with the successful start up of this project. At Quadra Chemicals in Edmonton, we achieved certification and increased order processing 175% and profits 21% before sales administration moved to back to Burlington. With Norand Data Systems, I was responsible for the sales administration, averaging 10M, for all of Canada. Moving to Norand Corp in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, I approved every order internationally before it was released to manufacturing, while gathering information for the implementation of SAP. Trading on NASDAQ made for busy quarter end pushes, prioritizing orders for manufacturing to meet our targets and ensure customer satisfaction. I continue to manage my wholesale sewing business, working with subcontractors to satisfy designers and several retail stores' custom sewing needs.
