Lisa is an experienced programme director as well as an experienced programme / portfolio / project manager, business / technical consultant with a strong track record of delivering large scale global transformation programmes (400+ associates) on time, within budget leading to significant improvements for the business. Able to establish and maintain strong working relationships in a dynamic and demanding environment, Lisa is highly enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven with a proven track record of leadership and achievement. She invests in her teams and empowers them to do the same. Whilst she enjoys leading large teams, she is just as effective when working individually as she has proven throughout her career. Lisa has a high level of written and verbal communication and is adept at building and developing relationships with key stakeholders including C-suite/board level clients and colleagues at all levels. She is able to provide programme teams with the context, direction and challenge needed to drive delivery pace, resolve issues and deliver the required business outcomes. She anchors client negotiations to procure budgets ($100 Million +), developing new opportunities and growing the landscape. She manages revenue and sales margins, as well as predictable forecasting and resources mapping, screening appropriate fitment for the client. Lisa has a total of 22 years’ experience in the IT industry leading onsite and offshore delivery teams, out of which more than 9 year were spent overseas leading global deployments. This includes more than 8 years of extensive work on Oracle E-Business Applications suite, in multiple projects, across geographies. Leading agile programmes for the last 9years, overseeing 12 scrum teams.
