About Lisa Smith

Lisa brings people together. Ultimately focused on development and establishment of program goals, she takes ownership of a project team’s mission & drives the most effective means of realizing these goals with constant focus on protecting the team’s collective values. Lisa joined the TSAV team in 2013 as the Business Development Manager and later transitioned into the role of Program Manager. As the Program Manager, she leads with an emphasis on collaboration, teamwork, accountability and trust. She is a member of the Avixa Women's Council and a source of feedback and insight for senior leadership regarding strategy, policy and procedure. She is responsible for overseeing TSAV's portfolio of professional services projects managing the daily responsibilities, controls, processes and progress of these initiatives. She coordinates with the teams responsible for these projects in order to empower, inspire and support their visions and goals for successful outcomes. Lisa supports strategic alignment between the internal team and the project stakeholders in order to realize the most effective management of the moving parts within a complex community of individuals engaged in the execution of these projects. And when she’s not making us all better at our jobs, she’s showing her remarkable talents as a writer and musician, setting the bar for commitment to yoga, or raising the next generation of creative leaders.
