About Lisa Sperl
With an ongoing enthusiasm for shaping health care and public health through research, I have been working at the Institute for Outcomes Research under the direction of Prof. Tanja Stamm since 2021, following my years of practice as an occupational therapist. We deal with outcomes and the associated survey instruments, optimise their measurement scales and adapt them to different contexts. To this end, we develop new instruments and complex indices, optimise data collection and use innovative approaches to data analysis. Currently, I am completing my doctoral studies in Public Health.
