Having had a life long passion for health and fitness, I have turned this passion into the UK's leading gym management and design company. Total Fit offer the full package - Gym Design & Build, Corporate Gym Management, Pool & Spa Management and Personal Training across London and the South East. My passion is to design profitable gym spaces that create an inspiring experience for users so they can't wait to come back. From an established residential block, private corporate gym, school or hotel leisure centre looking to improve facilities, I am always eager to help. We know how to make you money, save you money and drive membership retention. We also keep your gym and spa areas safe and compliant. I live in Kent with my husband and twin children.
