About Lisa Terry

When I made the switch from Interior Design to Property Management over 20 years ago, I took a leap of faith. I quickly learned that property management requires having an entrepreneurial approach. 10 years later I am running a real estate investment company with a mixed portfolio in Southern California. Since venturing into the commercial and industrial side of property management, my success has been recognized by CoStar for the top leases in the Inland Empire market for Q3- 2020. I have found my background in Interior Design to apply to the housing industry and I have designed community renovations. I love all things creative and artistic, and I was a DYI'r before it was trendy. I can make just about anything, and I have the tools to make it. My passion for the creative has been put on hold while I earn my Bachelor's degree from BYU-Idaho. The hours after work are dedicated to my education. Being an online student while working full-time is one of the most challenging things I have done, but it is worth it! I will have earned my Associate's degree at the end of spring 2023 and my Bachelor's after fall 2027. I am proud to be an example to my family and others. Make a plan, set goals, be organized, and commit. You can do hard things and succeed!
