About Lisa Wardle

With nearly 8 years of experience in accounts and finance, I recently led a project to establish a new staff shop at WFL, I was responsible for overseeing the entire process, from initial planning and design to the installation of the shop. I worked with multiple teams on site to ensure its smooth execution. Additionally I recruited, trained and managed a team of 3 full time staff and 4 cover staff, providing ongoing support through performance reviews, monthly one to ones and regular guidance. I was able to leverage my exceptional organizational,interpersonal,creative, and financial skills alongside my vision to bring the shop to fruition, demonstrating my ability to drive a project to completion. My finance background equips me with a strategic mindset, whilst my experience in team management enhances my people skills, additionally my flair for engaging with people on all levels allows me to create organic relationships with colleagues and customers Managing a small team has given me a wealth of experience, I am keen to continue to learn and develop new skills which will allow me to embrace new challenges.
