I have over 20 years of sales leadership experience in various industries, including SAAS, digital advertising, travel management and tech. I am currently the Senior Director for EMEA New Business Acquisition and SMB Customer Sales at LinkedIn Sales Solutions. I lead 130+ team focused on acquisition for SMB, MM, and Enterprise segments, along with our SMB existing customer business. My passion is to provide business solutions that deliver great results and a strong value proposition for customers, using sales insights and a data-driven approach to improve their digital sales strategies. I am a driven and customer-focused leader, who creates effective acquisition and retention strategies that provide clarity and focus for my teams. These strategies have led to significant over-achievement of targets in FY22, a Presidents Club winner in FY23, 50% headcount growth in my team in FY24 and 110% team attainment for FY25. We are the growth engine for EMEA leading the way on building longer term sustainable business for LinkedIn Sales Solutions! I also have a proven track record of managing change, accelerating growth, and developing talent in fast-paced and challenging environments.
