About Lisandro Abulatif

I am a professional dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and communities. My expertise lies in program and project management, monitoring, evaluation, data science and analytics, capacity building, and advisory services at the local, state, and federal levels, with a focus on public policy at both technical and managerial levels, with emphasis on urban planning, urban mobility, public health and governance. I have gained valuable experience working for organizations such as the Global Road Safety Partnership and the Pan American Health Organization. My background in Public Administration and Program Management, with a focus on public policy implementation and partnership building, has equipped me with the skills necessary to advise and support government organizations at the federal, state, and municipal levels across the five regions of Brazil. As a data-driven professional, I strive to promote data as a strategic asset for organizations across various sectors. I am well-versed in technologies such as SQL, Python, Geoprocessing, Knime Analytics, and Microstrategy. In 2017, I started at Recursos Urbanos, which focuses on providing services, knowledge, and tools for organizations working to improve urban and human development in a sustainable, creative, and innovative manner. In my free time, I enjoy mountain biking and exploring new trails.
