About Lisbeth Albarran

Project Management Consultant I started my professional career as a Mechanical Engineer in the industrial sector, where I understood the importance of the management, planning and process relationships. After that, I completed Project Management Specialization, and I found my passion, since then I have guided teams and professionals to design, to plan, to monitor, and to finalize organizational and socials projects, through consulting and training with the purpose of improving the team’s performance and project management. The values present in my professional actions are empathy, excellence, and learning. In addition, I have led professionals in their training to gain the PMI® Certification, because of my own certification process in CAPM® and PMP®, and the experiences when I was a member of the Directive of PMI Venezuela Chapter and voluntary contributions to others PMI®´s chapters.
